Public Offer (License Agreement)

General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (Public Offer) by Self-Employed Abdelghany Ehab Mostafa Emam (hereinafter "Contractor") to any individual (hereinafter "Customer") to conclude a License Agreement for the use of "Redka.ai" software.

1.2. In accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. The Customer's payment on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance.

Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor grants the Customer a non-exclusive right (simple license) to use the "Redka.ai" software package (hereinafter "Software") for internet connection optimization via AI routing.

2.2. The right to use is granted for the term paid for by the Customer (Subscription).

Intellectual Property

3.1. The Contractor guarantees that they are the sole legal copyright holder of the "Redka.ai" Software and possess all necessary rights to conclude this Agreement.

3.2. The Customer is prohibited from decompiling, copying, or distributing the Software.
